This website fxpartners.com™ is solely owned and operated by FX Partners International, S.A. (" FXP") and is provided subject to the terms set forth herein. This fxpartners.com™ Terms of Use (" Agreement") governs the terms by which Affiliate, buyer or site user (" you") may view or obtain the right to purchase products, training, services, audio and video information and content (" Products") from FXP via our website located at www.fxpartners.com (" The Website"). If you visit fxpartners.com™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you choose to purchase products from fxpartners.com™ and FXP you must first become a registered Affiliate (" Affiliate") of FXP. This Agreement is in addition to those in fxpartners.com™ FXP Affiliate Product Sales Agreement applicable to fxpartners.com™, and FXP Affiliate Agreement to which Affiliate access the content from fxpartners.com™, must agree.

FXP retains the right to unilaterally modify or amend this Agreement contract at any time. FXP reserves the right to make changes at any time to fxpartners.com™ or these Terms of Use. Any modifications to the Terms of Use will be effective upon posting. Trademarks and Copyrights

FXP is the registered owner of various business names and marks (" The Marks"), including " fxpartners.com™", "PIPS: systems", " PIPS: Advanced System", "chartsfx.com", "autotradefx.com", FXB Trading, Inc.", "FXB Trading", "brokerfx.net", "fxalert.com", "market4x.com", "FXAMA" (FX Automated Managed Account), "FXSM" (FX Smart Money), "fxcourse.com", "Foundations in FX", "universalmanagedforex.com (UMF)", uses the various Marks in the course of providing products and services to its affiliates. FXP and fxpartners.com™ have used and continues to use The Marks as trade marks within the United States and asserts its entitlement to do so to the exclusion of others.

FXP and other marks displayed on our site are the proprietary service marks or trademarks of FXP or its Providers. FXP's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not FXP's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or to disparage or discredit FXP. All other trademarks not owned by FXP that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to by FXP. Affiliate may not download, record, copy or print any aspect of this site. Fxpartners.com™ is to be used solely for personal information.

You agree not to share, sell or license any information or training found in fxpartners.com™ or otherwise distribute in any form any information gathered from fxpartners.com™ or from any of the Providers any information or other content which: infringes or otherwise violates any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right. Indemnification

Governing Law

The laws of the United States will govern these Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that any action arising out of the Terms of Use or your use of Fxpartners.com™ shall be brought in the Federal Court of the United States.

Miscellaneous

You may not assign or otherwise transfer these Terms of Use or any rights or obligations hereunder. FXP's failure to act on any breach of any provision hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of the enforcement of any provision unless FXP agrees to such waiver in writing.

If any portion of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of remaining provisions. These Terms of Use set forth the entire understanding between you and FXP with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and FXP with respect to such subject matter.

It should be understood that Currency trading involves high risk. There is always a relationship between high reward and high risk. Any type of market or trade speculation that can yield an unusually high return on investment is subject to unusually high risk. Only surplus funds should be placed at risk and anyone who does not have such funds should not participate in trading foreign currencies. Currency trading is not suitable for everyone.

Other Agreements

As a site visitor, this Agreement hereby incorporates the provisions of: fxpartners.com™ Privacy Policy www.fxpartners.com/privacy.php and fxpartners.com™ Terms of Use www.fxpartners.com/terms.php. As an Affiliate of FXP, this Agreement also hereby incorporates the provisions of: FX Partners Affiliate Agreement www.fxpartners.com/agreement.php, the FX Partners Affiliate Product Sales Agreement www.fxpartners.com/agreement.php.
