The Fxpartners.com Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect when you become an affiliate of FXP. Acquired Personal Information and related data

Fxpartners.com collects personal information when you first register as an affiliate (“Affiliate”) of FXP.  Basic personal information such as; name, address, contact number, username and pass code (you may change your pass code in your back office at anytime). If you choose to buy a product or service you may be asked to provide the necessary financial information in order to complete the purchase. This information will only be available to key representatives at fxpartners.com in order to process your order. This information will never be sold by fxpartners.com or FXP.

Fxpartners.com servers automatically record information when you visit our website or use some of our products, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request.


Uses

When you send email or other communication to fxpartners.com we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve FX Partners products and services in order to serve you better.
We may share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process and preventing fraud or imminent harm to FXP. Fxpartners.com processes personal information on our servers in Canada.

At any time you may decline to provide personal information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, this may inhibit the effectiveness of some of our Merchant Partner sites as they may not function properly with cookies disabled.

All Affiliates personal data is located when you log into your back office. It is solely up to you to update your personal information, change your pass codes and notify customer service in case you find inconsistencies in your personal profile.


Privacy

No director, officer, employee or contractor of fxpartners.com will ever ask for your username or password or any other personal information in an unsolicited call, email or letter.

Customer Service representatives will only ask for personal information at your request when solving a product or service situation with fxpartners.com.
